Villa Vulto Productions (“we”, “us”) operates this website and a small number of private, personal automation tools that connect to Google services. This policy explains what those tools access and what happens to that data.
Who this applies to
The applications Vreuls-OS and Vreuls-OS Health are private tools built and used by the owner of Villa Vulto Productions for his own accounts only. They are not offered to customers, not distributed, and have no other users. They run locally on a personal computer.
What data the applications access
Vreuls-OS requests access to Google Calendar in order to read the owner’s own calendar and to create, update and delete calendar events in it.
Vreuls-OS Health requests read-only access to the owner’s own health and fitness data (including sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability, respiration, blood oxygen, activity and workouts) in order to produce a personal daily summary.
In both cases the account being accessed is the owner’s own Google account. The applications never access data belonging to anyone else.
How the data is used and stored
Data retrieved through these applications is used only to generate personal planning and health summaries for the owner. It is stored locally on the owner’s own computer. It is not uploaded to any server, not shared with any third party, not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train any model.
Authentication tokens are stored locally in the owner’s user account with file permissions that restrict access to that user.
Limited Use disclosure
Villa Vulto Productions’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the
[Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, health and fitness data obtained through Google APIs is not used for advertising purposes, is not sold, is not transferred to third parties, and is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Retention and deletion
Because the data never leaves the owner’s own device, there is no third-party copy to delete.
Access can be revoked at any time via the owner’s Google Account permissions page at [myaccount.google.com/permissions](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions), which immediately stops all further access.
Website visitors
This website is a standard WordPress site. It does not use these applications and does not collect health or calendar data from its visitors.
